Toronto – April 1, 2019 – LIDD’s Real Estate Advisory practice is excited to announce the promotion of two of its rising stars, Aaron Enriquez and Zoya Zajac.
Aaron Enriquez is promoted to Senior Advisor, Industrial Properties
Aaron joined LIDD as a Business Development Representative in August 2017 and since that time has been instrumental in ensuring that LIDD meets with leading organizations in the Toronto marketplace. He has successfully completed real estate advisory mandates for some of LIDD’s most high-profile real estate clients, including Supreme Cannabis, Shepherd Hardware, Yaskawa Canada, Metro Grocery and Farm Boy. Since 2018, Aaron has assisted in real estate advisory and consulting work on over 400,000 sq. ft. of industrial space in the Greater Toronto Area.
Aaron is a graduate from the University of Guelph, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Housing. A fitness enthusiast and avid hockey player, Aaron will continue to contribute to the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of LIDD’s emerging real estate advisory practice.
Zoya Zajac is promoted to Advisor, Industrial Properties
Since joining LIDD, Zoya has embraced the role as the LIDD Toronto’s swiss army knife. Known for her commitment to quality and tireless work effort, she has been instrumental in the development of LIDD’s business development and marketing related initiatives. In her tenure with the organization Zoya has demonstrated a unique ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining a profound respect for the quality work that LIDD is well known for.
Zoya holds a degree in Communication, Culture, Information & Technology from the University of Toronto, and a certificate in Brand Management from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. An avid escape room enthusiast and goat yoga participant, Zoya’s tenacity and drive will continue to help LIDD represent the best interests of tenants and leasers of industrial space.
